Take a dip above the city with a rooftop pool that’s open all year, designed for an adults-only sun-soaked escape. The outdoor pool area comes with beach chairs and loungers, perfect for lazy afternoons while taking in Pakse from a higher vantage point. It’s a breezy, breezy vibe to pair with the city’s views and the feeling of a little outdoor sanctuary above the bustle.

This is a very nice hotel, located along the Mekong, with friendly/helpful staff, nice and spacious rooms, and great value for money! The rooms are big, clean, modern, fast wi-fi and the bathroom is also spacious. Rooms also have a kettle which is helpful. The breakfast is nice and varied, with both Western and local options. The hotel has a rooftop pool with great views of Pakse and the Mekong. The staff in this hotel are very friendly and helpful, providing great advice on things to do in Pakse and associated areas. They also organised a tuk-tuk to take me to the Vat Phou UNESCO temple for a very good price, and safe driver. The hotel is located near to restaurants, convenience stores and around a 10-15 min walk to the centre so it's very nicely located. I have seen a few comments about the hotel being too far from the centre - but my experience was very different, it's a very nice and short walk along the Mekong to the centre. The local people are so friendly and curious about tourists so would highly recommend walking around the area - it is completely safe (even at night). Would also highly recommend the nearby bar/restaurant called ChamPa Hom (ร้าน จำปาหอม) which is less than 10 min walk away, and it has great fresh, local food, friendly owner, quirky decorations and mainly for locals so is authentic. Thanks for a great stay!

It's a nice and modern hotel in a good location by the river, close to some restaurants, a 10-minute walk from the bus station where I was dropped off by a mini-bus from Cambodia (I don't recommend this means of transport, though). The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the Mekong river. It was well-equipped and very clean (the quality of finish was not always great, but I'm not being picky given it's "Asia standard"). I really liked the rooftop swimming pool with excellent views across the Mekong. The breakfast was tasty and with a good choice of dishes.

The pool is cold! I have never swam in a cold pool in SEA, but theirs is cold! Wow! The hotel is modern and clean and very comfortable and the staff are kind and helpful. The breakfast is large and varied and good. We took a mid trip rest here for a couple of days and basically just hung out swimming and eating and sitting in the cold AC room doing nothing. This was a great place for that. The location is set aside by the river but walking distance to market and cafes, etc. the small restaurant to the right where the woman makes soup in a hot pot is great!

Everything was perfect. At the front desk Laa (not sure about the spelling of her name) was really kind, professional and helpful. Room was pretty, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was very nice and clean. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Hotel is 10 minutes walking from the city centre but the hotel can book a tuktuk for you for 30-40000 kip one way, to the airport 70000 kip one way and to the big buddha with the temple on the top of the mountain 200000 kip round trip with time to take pictures, do not miss it !

Very clean, excellent staff, great hot shower, location and river views. Very good value and good breakfast included. 2nd morning woke to find ute tyre flat from a puncture and hotel owner arranged staff employee to remove wheel and take to garage for puncture repair and replace wheel. Owner wanted no money for staff labour, saying part of service to help guests but I tipped the staff employee for his hard work anyway, being the right thing to do.
